Delivery Fee Regulations:

Ho Chi Minh City Urban Area**: For orders of 300,000 VND or more, delivery is free. For orders below 300,000 VND, a delivery fee of 19,000 VND per order applies.
Other Provinces, Cities, and Suburban Areas of Ho Chi Minh City**: Delivery fees are based on the actual shipping costs of the delivery service provider. In all cases, Southwall operators will contact customers to inform them of the specific delivery fees and confirm them before proceeding with the delivery.

Reasons for Accepting Returns and Exchanges

The product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect (design issues, content errors, deformation, unusable, or differing from the quality standards announced by the manufacturer).
The product is damaged during transportation to the customer (broken, cracked, dented, leaking).
The product is missing its seal or security label (if applicable).
The delivered product does not match the quantity, type, information, or model as ordered.
The product is incomplete or missing accompanying accessories (if it is a set product).

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Requirements for returned products:

The product must be confirmed by Kohafo to fall under the "Reasons for Accepting Returns and Exchanges" listed above.
The product must remain intact (except for products damaged during transportation), with original tags, seals, packaging, and no signs of use.
The product must include all packaging accessories and accompanying gifts (if any).
Provide all accompanying documents such as receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.
Complete the "Return Request Form" provided by the Customer Service department.

Return Period:

Unless otherwise specified in the product introduction on the Kohafo website, the customer's return request must be sent to Kohafo within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
The time of the return request will be determined as follows:
For return requests sent by post or courier service: based on the receipt stamp of the post office or courier service.
For return requests brought directly to the Kohafo company: when the staff receives the return request from the customer.

Return Costs

For products returned due to Kohafo's or the supplier's fault, customers will enjoy free return service and free shipping to the address stated on the return request form.

Refund Policy

If the same type of product is out of stock for exchange, or the customer no longer wishes to receive a replacement product, Kohafo commits to refund 100% of the customer's payment by the following methods:

Refund to the customer's account.
Cash refund at Kohafo's address (Customer Service Department).
Kohafo will respond to the customer's return request via email within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of receiving the return request. If the customer's refund request meets the prescribed conditions, Kohafo will process the refund within the following time frames:
For cash refunds at the company: Kohafo will notify the customer to receive the cash within 5-7 working days.
For bank transfer refunds: Kohafo will complete the refund procedure to transfer to the customer within 5-7 working days.
