The mouthwatering combination of a juicy patty doused in gravy and topped with a fried egg served over rice makes it a winning one-bowl donburi dish. No need to thaw, place the inner bag of the Hambagu with onion sauce in boiling water for 10 minutes. Scoop Japanese rice into a bowl and place the Hambagu with sauce on top. Add a fried egg or a raw egg yolk, sprinkle with some roasted sesame seeds, and serve hot.
