Without thawing, place the inner bag of the Hambagu with onion sauce in boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and slice them thickly. Trim the stems off the brown seafood mushrooms and tear them into small clusters. Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, and ground pepper to make a seasoning mixture. Lightly oil a pan and stir-fry the shiitake and seafood mushrooms until tender, then add the seasoning mixture. Lightly oil a new pan and fry an egg to your desired level of doneness. Serve rice on a plate, add the meatball, mushrooms, and fried egg on top. Sprinkle generously with pepper and serve hot.
